RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At 3D Woodworker, most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:


CUSTOM PRODUCTS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

All custom items are final sale and non-refundable.

Because your product is manufactured using the exact text, spelling, sizing, and finish selections you provide when placing your order:

  • You are responsible for verifying all spelling, wording, measurements, and selections before submitting your order.
  • Orders enter production quickly and therefore cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed.
  • We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors including spelling, grammar, formatting, sizing, or design instructions.
  • If a digital design proof is provided, approval of that proof constitutes final authorization for production.

Custom products include (but are not limited to):

  • Personalized name signs
  • Address signs
  • Custom text signs
  • Monograms
  • Custom designs

NON-CUSTOM / STOCK ITEMS

Non-customized or stock items may be eligible for return or cancellation at our sole discretion and are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer
  • Item must be unused and in original condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

We will review the issue and, if approved, will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

Claims submitted after 5 days may not be accepted.


SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because most products enter production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages refused or returned to sender are subject to:

  • Original shipping cost deduction
  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fee (if applicable)

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect information submitted by customer
  • Color variations due to screen display differences
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted metal products
  • Damage caused during installation or after delivery
